The Platform referred to as Platform is the proprietary property of Paywize Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Paywize”, “we”, “us” and “our”). We are fully committed to respect your privacy and shall ensure that your personal information is safe with us.

This Platform provides you with the opportunity to utilize the various services offered by Paywize including but not limited to inter alia AEPS, Aadhar-Pay, POS/MATM, EPAN, FasTag, BBPS, Insurance tie-ups and CMS Collection (collectively “Services“)
Your use of Paywize’s platform through any source Platform is completely voluntary and therefore Paywize’s processing of your personal information in connection with the Platform and to render the Services as described hereinabove and this Privacy Policy is with your consent.
We at Paywize are fully committed in protecting your privacy, we have taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect your information, and your privacy in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of Privacy Policy set out herein below:
Paywize ensures that any third-party service providers handling your information are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and comply with applicable privacy laws, including provisions to prevent unauthorized data access or use.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Information you provide to us:
For accessing and using the platform, we collect or receive information from you when you apply, use or sign up for any of the services offered by Paywize, go through account verification process, authenticate your account, communicate with us. Once you are registered, Paywize may require you to update additional information.
- Identification: Name; email address; mailing address; mobile/phone number; photograph; birth date; passport, driver’s license, PAN, Aadhar or other government-issued identification; or other contact, fingerprint and demographic information when you apply, use or sign up for and/or other services, signature, and authentication credentials (for example, information you use to login to your account), including IP address.
- Background: To the limited extent permissible under law, we may obtain background check reports from public records of criminal convictions to prevent unauthorized or illegal use of Paywize’s services. We may use your information, including your full name, government-issued identification number, and date of birth, to obtain such reports.
- Transaction Information: When you use our services to make, accept, request, or record payments, we receive information about when and where the transactions occur, the names of the transacting parties, a description of the transactions, the payment or transfer amounts, billing and shipping information, and the devices and payment methods used to complete the transactions.
- Other Information You Provide: Information that you voluntarily provide to us, including promotions, or suggestions for improvements; or any other actions performed on the Services including but not limited to geo-location, IP Address, Login credentials.
You shall present only authentic data in the Platform and shall periodically review your information for any inaccurate or deficient data and correct the same. This information is collected to render the Services. Our goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, and hassle-free experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Platform to make your experience of the Platform safer and easier. After you have logged in and provided personal information, you are not anonymous to us. You always have an option to refrain from providing us any requisite information. Paywize may not be able to provide the Platform services or part of the Platform services if you choose not to provide the requisite information. Any such information provided by you to us shall be of your own accord.
All data collected from the use of Platform is stored in a Private Server by Paywize in India. Paywize reserves the right to update, modify, or delete any user-provided data if deemed inaccurate, outdated, or non-compliant with regulatory requirements, without prior notice to the user.
Your messages, emails, letters, personal correspondences, chats, feedback, voice commands to utilize the Platform, may also be collected. This information is retained as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
Automatic Information: Furthermore, Paywize may automatically record information of certain kind. Such information includes location details, tracking, mobile network information, type of mobile device, mobile’s unique device ID, IP Address, browsing information, platform behaviour, etc., the links you click on the Platform, the number of times you access a Platform window, your usage behaviour, and any such browsing information and may be analysed.
Cookies: Paywize may store some information such as cookies on your device. Cookies are pieces of information that a Platform transfers to the hard drive of a user’s computer/ electronic devices. We offer certain features that are only available with the use of a “cookie”. We also use cookies to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. Cookies may also help us provide information that is catering to your interests and to provide personalized experience. You are always free to decline our cookies, although in that case, you may not be able to use certain features on the Platform and you may be required to re-enter your password or other information more frequently during a session. Paywize is not responsible for or control the cookies of any third parties.
USE OF INFORMATION
Usage of Information collected: Paywize collects and uses your information to provide you better services.
Your personally identifiable information collected by Paywize is only to render services, prevent misuse of the Platform and to be in conformity with the extant laws in India and any rules/regulations of Reserve Bank of India regarding the services provided by us. Paywize uses personal data collected through the Platform as follows:
- to communicate with you regarding your membership and services;
- to inform you of the transactions which you have done using our Platform;
- to communicate with you to notify you regarding various security, privacy, and administrative issues
- to provide, improve and develop our services;
- to protect out product and to create a trustworthy platform for our users;
- to send you notifications and messages;
- to advertise and market (with the option to ‘opt out’ of the same)
- to comply with any and all legal obligations, including, without limitation, tax obligations;
- to update Paywize’s records;
- to comply with any data suppression obligations or requirements;
- for fraud detection and/or prevention purposes;
- to validate the profile information, you provided to us; and/or
- as otherwise permitted described to you at the time of collection and otherwise authorized by you.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Paywize harmless against any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from their misuse of the Platform or failure to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share information as per terms of this Privacy Policy, however we shall endeavor that use of information does not create hindrance on your use of our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties other than as follows:

- Generally, with your express consent
- Business transfer or Corporate Mergers
- Compliance with any and all legal obligations
- Enforcing rights
- Law & Order, Requests made by Investigating Authorities or Courts
Usage Restrictions of Information: At no time will your personally identifiable information collected by Paywize be sold/shared/transmitted to any third party/parties. The information Paywize receives about you or from you may be used, shared or compiled by Paywize with its affiliates.
Access to or sharing your personal information collected: We may enter into strategic marketing alliances or partnerships with third parties who may be given access to personal information. The nature of such information shared with Paywize’s client would only be for limited brand research related uses including, without limitation, modeling, validation, data append, database segmentation, and reward, incentive, or sweepstakes redemption, fulfillment, and/or entry and would only include your responses to the brand related surveys administered by Paywize.
In certain situations, Paywize may be required by law or any authority authorized to make such request to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law, such as to comply with any legal process and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. We may share your personally identifiable information to enforce Terms of Use, to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Services.
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
Paywize is committed in protecting the privacy and security of your information. Paywize shall not share, sell, trade, rent or lend your personal information to third parties for unknown reasons.
Authenticity of Information in Platform: Paywize shall take all steps to ensure that the information available in the Platform is accurate and authentic. However, Paywize is not liable for the authenticity of any information uploaded by others not directly under its scrutiny. The liability of such information shall vest completely with the User who has uploaded such information.

The Platform may contain links to other third-party platforms. Such other sites may use information about your visit to this Platform. Paywize’s Privacy Policy does not apply to privacy practices of such sites that it does not own, manage, or control or to people it does not employ. Paywize is not responsible for the privacy practices, the accuracy, or the integrity of the content on such third-party platforms. Paywize encourages you to read such third parties privacy policies in case you are using such links.
Commitment to Data Security:
Paywize acknowledges and recognizes that your privacy is paramount and therefore, Paywize endeavours to keep your personal information confidential. Paywize will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information to any third parties. Our server provider has assured complete security; and despite so, there are possibilities of data breach beyond control. At the same time assuring our best effort to protect data, Paywize does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that your personal information will be protected against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alterations, and does not accept any liability for the security of the personal information submitted to Paywize nor for your or third parties’ use or misuse of personal information.
Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via Paywize will be protected by encryption technology. For all financial transactions, Paywize has collaborated with banks. All failures/ errors/ omissions of the banks or payment portals shall solely vest with them. You hereby consent that you shall not sue Paywize for any disputes concerning any wrongdoing of the banks or payment portals.
Security Standards:
Paywize safeguards your privacy using known security standards and procedures and complies with applicable privacy laws. Our Platform combines industry-approved physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that your information is well protected throughout its lifecycle in our infrastructure. Sensitive data is hashed or encrypted when it is stored in our infrastructure. Sensitive data is decrypted, processed and immediately re-encrypted or discarded when no longer necessary.
Paywize shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches beyond its reasonable control. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet and agree that Paywize shall not be responsible for any damages arising therefrom.
Paywize disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or misuse of personal data by third-party service providers linked to or integrated with the Platform. Users agree to resolve such disputes directly with the respective third party.
Retention of Data and Opt-Out Policy:
We will retain your personal information for as long as it is required. We can retain copies of information about any transactions or Services in which you may have participated for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law, applicable statute of limitations or as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to detect or prevent fraud
You can stop all collection of personal data and other information by the Platform by terminating your participation in the Platform. You may use the standard processes of canceling your account with the Platform.
To delete all information collected by Paywize please contact Paywize as set forth below.
Three years or such other period as may be required or permissible by law following termination of your account and/or Opting Out, Paywize shall delete all your information stored.
If you do not consent to Paywize sharing your Personal Information with third parties after termination of your account and/or removal of the platform from your device, please contact us at [email protected] and Paywize shall not share your information with any User or Third Party thereafter.
Paywize may retain anonymized user data for analytics, business improvement, or research purposes, even after account termination, ensuring no personally identifiable information is shared.
Your Consent: By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data, including sensitive personal data, by Paywize or its authorized partners for service optimization, fraud detection, and compliance with applicable laws. Paywize reserves the right to deny access to the Platform or its services to users who fail to provide accurate information, consent to data sharing, or comply with the terms herein.
You have acknowledged that the Privacy Policy contained herein have been explained to you in vernacular language and you have understood the contents thereof.
Amendments to the Privacy Policy:
Our Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time without notice and it is strongly recommended that you periodically review our Privacy Policy as available on the platform.

If you choose to use our Platform, any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The terms of this Privacy Policy do not govern personal information furnished through any means other than through Paywize.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction:
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Our privacy compliances are according to Indian law. If you have any specific questions relating to our privacy practices, please write to us in advance before sharing any personal information.
All disputes between Paywize and you in this regard are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
