We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to drive enterprise and fintech client acquisition, build strategic partnerships with banks and payment ecosystem players, and expand Paywize’s presence in the fintech industry. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure while ensuring long-term client growth.
Responsibilities
- Acquire enterprise and fintech clients including banks, NBFCs, and large merchants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and payment partners.
- Identify client requirements and propose Paywize solutions across payouts, collections, and bill payments.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Experience working with or closely with banks (Private, PSU, Payment Banks).
- Strong understanding of payment systems such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, Cards, Wallets, and BBPS.
- Proven experience closing enterprise or fintech deals.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling API-based payment or fintech SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of payment compliance standards such as RBI guidelines, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001.
- Prior relationships with banks, NBFCs, or large fintech companies.
- Understanding of merchant onboarding, settlement cycles, and payment commercials.
The Merchant Success Associate oversees daily support operations for merchants, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, technical issues, and service requests. This role acts as the primary liaison between merchants and internal teams, driving service excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless merchant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the merchant support team, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex merchant issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day support activities such as onboarding assistance, transaction troubleshooting, system navigation, and account maintenance.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products, payment systems, and merchant tools to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to address recurring issues and improve support processes.
Requirements
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, merchant satisfaction, and operational challenges
- Support merchant training sessions, onboarding workshops, or product walkthroughs as needed.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in merchant support, customer service, or technical support, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, e-commerce platforms, POS devices, or merchant services
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
The Sales Executive / Inside Sales professional is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales over phone, email, and digital channels. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth while working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound channels
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain sales pipelines.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce products or services.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and business challenges.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for leadership.
- Address client queries, concerns, or issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
